"Cannot locate account"
HI, I have been paying for Act!Cloud and have been using it for my customer contacts. Today I was unable to login. I tried using the "forgot password" function but the system says my e-mail is not in use even though I use it everyday. I am afraid that Act!Cloud has lost all my client data. If I try to recover password this is what I get "Could not locate your account with the email address provided." So, how do I access the account that I have been paying for? And yes my billing is up to date as this months payment has already been deducted from my credit card.
