Can we get the functionality to merge duplicate contacts into one profile?

    Have you guys gotten this worked out yet?  Having to manual sort through duplicates is very frustrating

    Hello Bill,

    Thank you for your post. If you send an emarketing campaign to a group of contacts and a contact happens to be added more than once with the same email address the emarketing campaign will only be sent once.

    If you are sending a standard email via your default email program there is not duplicate check and the contact may receive the email more than once.

    At this time there is no duplicate check function within Act! Essentials.
