Can we get the functionality to merge duplicate contacts into one profile?
When importing data from a variety of sources, it would be helpful to have a manual "merge selected contacts" option so that I can avoid sending duplicate emails in a campaign and/or maintain the data integrity needed

Hello Bill,
Thank you for your post. If you send an emarketing campaign to a group of contacts and a contact happens to be added more than once with the same email address the emarketing campaign will only be sent once.
If you are sending a standard email via your default email program there is not duplicate check and the contact may receive the email more than once.At this time there is no duplicate check function within Act! Essentials.
