Editting a Template
When attempting to edit a template that I have been working on, I am no longer able to:
a) access the "styles/layout/images" tabs on the top of the menu - they are plain text, dead links
b) when entering the text editor, it no longer allows me to save changes and return to the layout editor screen.

Thank you for contacting Act! Cloud.
I would like to ask some additional questions.
1. What web browser and version are you using when accessing your Act! Cloud account?
2. When you are trying to access the Styles/Layout/Images tabs are you in Text edit mode?
3. If you are not in Text mode can you please tell me if any error message, loading icon or other icons appear?
4. Regarding the text editor you must click the orange Return to Layout Mode button to finish editing the template before it will allow you to save the template changes.I apologize if you previously referred to our Knowledgebase article, I have just updated it to reflect the same directions as above

Thank you for your response. My original work was completed in Google Chrome (which has been recently updated). I logged in through IE11 and Safari to see if it was a browser compatibility issue. ACT! Cloud formatted the editor page the same in all three browsers.
I also cleared history/cache/cookies etc. to make sure that wasn't causing an error loading the page.
Before I enter the Text Edit mode, I don't have the Styles/Layout/Images tabs available (they were available when I originally editted the template). When I do enter the Text Editor page, it no longer allows me to exit by clicking the orange "Return to Layout Mode" button. I click the button, which doesn't change the screen.
The only way to make and save text changes is to click the "X" button on the top right and choose "save & exit" and then re-enter the template.
