Can't access Act Cloud via Safari on my iPhone or iPad
I am trying to access my Act Cloud account via Safari on iOS ver 8.1.3 on both my iPhone and iPad.
I can access no problem from both my Macbook Air and iMac via Safari, but everytime I go to mycloud.act.com on my iPhone or iPad using the same login credentials I get an error message saying "we don't recognize your email or password".
What am I doing wrong?

I am working with the Act! Cloud team to see if we can reproduce the error on iPhone & iPad. Can you try clearing the browser history (cookies) on those devices and see if that allows you access?

I have received conformation form the team that by clearing the browsing history they have been able to gain access to Act! Cloud from their iPads and iPhones. Can you please try clearing the history again and let me know if you are now able to log in?

On my iPad now. Went to Settings>Safari>Clear History and Website Data>Clear History and Data. Tells me that "Clearing will remove history, cookies and other browsing data". Hit the button and says all is clear, but when I try to login via Safari on my iPad into "mycloud.act.com I get the same error message - "We don't recognize your email or password. Check to make sure you entered them correctly".

Tim, I had the exact same problem. They gave me the exact same suggestion: Clear the browser. It didn't work for me. How about for you? Very frustrating. If you come up with a fix please let me know bgodof@comcast.net. Thanks, good luck to us!
