What if someone who opted-out of newsletter wants back in?

    Hello Evan,

    Thank you for contacting Act! Cloud.

    As customers opt out of the newsletters there is not a simple way you can add them back. If a customer opts out of your newsletter and contacts you requesting to be added back please have them send a request to mycloud@act.com with the following details:
    1. The email address you are using to send your newsletters from
    2. The email address they want to opt back into the newsletter for (they may have more than one email address they use)

    Regarding your second question as of right now Act! Cloud does not have an integration to websites.
