    Hello Anthony,

    Thank you for contacting Act! Cloud.
    Currently Act! Cloud does not have auto reminder or alerts to notify you of events. You can integrate your Act! Cloud calendar to Outlook or Google Calendar and set up reminders from that calendar. I have included the Knowledgebase article on how to link iCal:

    Hi,

    Is this feature still not fixed ?

    If not, can you please explain the following:

    "* Please note: The Act! Essentials iCal URL is only for Activities currently in your calendar, if you modify or add events you will need to follow the instructions above to add changes to your Google Calendar.".

    If I create new activities (which is happening a lot of times per day), should I follow the above procedure for each one every day ?

    Thank you for posting on the community.

     

    The Auto-Reminder feature has not been implemented into Act! Essentials. I have contacted the product manager Andy to see if it is feasible to have the addition and I will contact you when I get more news on that.

    I setup the iCal integration from my Act! Essentials Database to my Outlook profile. At the time of setting it up I didn't have any activities in my test database. 

    I setup a could of Activities into Act! Essentials and all I needed to do to refresh Outlook was to hit 'Send and Receive' all folders to effectively synchronise them together.
