    Can you tell me more about the problem you are having? Do you get an error message, is their a pop up blocker set on your security settings?

    While I appreciate the feedback, it did not work. It is very frustrating working with this new ACT. So far, I have had trouble sending emails, dialing and saving notes. It kinda defeats the purpose of CRM. I do believe it may be a settings issue on Chrome. I have allowed pop-ups on my browser. The advice in this forum is not getting to the underlying technical issues but is merely giving instructions on the intuitive interface. Without technical assistance, I can waste hours trying to devise a solution.

    Can you send me the web browser you are using for your Act! Cloud account? Act! Cloud currently does not allow you to dial a call as an Act! add-on may have for an on premise version of Act!

    I am using Chrome Version 39.0.2171.95 m and it is up to date. For "fun" I tried on Internet Explorer 11.09 and had the same issues. The auto dial feature is not nearly important as the ability to save notes and send emails. I am using McAfee Internet Security Suite. I tried turning off the firewall too. The pop up blocker in Chrome was set to allow pop ups from *.act.com . No luck in fixing the issue.
