Canceling a pending campaign

    Hi Patrick,

    There currently is no way to cancel a scheduled or pending emarketing campaign yourself in Act! Cloud. I will email you separately and see if it's still possible for us to cancel it manually for you.

    Lindsey, Perhaps you can answer this instead.... If I schedule a campaign, and edit the template being used before the campaign actually gets sent, will it use the revised template? I would think so, but the thumbnail in my scheduled campaign still shows the old version of my template.

    Hi Patrick,

    When you schedule a send to go out, the system submits the template state as it is when scheduled, not when sent. Any changes you make to your template after you submit/schedule it to be sent, will not appear to your recipients.
