How do I use Act! Cloud? User manual?

Is there anything more detailed than the FAQ section and this barren community board? I have this on trial, but need some answers if I'm going to go with this product.

1. how do I send group mails and campaigns using g-mail
2. Can I search for and edit/delete duplicate contacts?
3. Is there a manual or instruction section?

  Hi Dave,

  Thank's for your post! Please see the answers to your questions below:

  1. Currently there is not a function to send an email to a group of contacts from Gmail. 2.Regarding duplicates, when you import your contacts Act! Cloud will not allow duplicates if the email address and contact name are the same.
  2. We do not currently have a manual created, but we are working on it.
