    Hello Brian,

    Thank you for your post.

    The email address you used to create your Act! Cloud account can not be changed as it is tied directly to the emarketing feature in Act! Cloud. This allows your account to stay with regulation for our CAN-SPAM policies.

    So if I need to change email, is there a way to export all data to a new account? The export function only sends contact data...

    Hello Brian,

    That is correct the export function only exports contact data. Currently the export does not include activities, created groups or email templates. I will submit the idea as a feature request.
