ACT Essential mobile app
I am using the web version and the iPhone app. It seems that many many times I search for a person or company and the results show nothing.....
I am double checking that if a person I have selected name and if company company but I am still frequently getting blanks when I KNOW the person is in my database.
To double check, I have even searched on my laptop and the person shows up. Same name, same selections. Am I missing something?

I have just logged onto my own database in my test environment in both the web and the iPhone app and I am able to search in both platforms.I am using Version 62.0.3202.94 (Official Build) (64-bit) on Windows 10 64bit
iPhone 7 Plus using Version 11.1.2 (15B202) and running Chrome for version 62.0.3202.70
Can you confirm the version you are using. If you find you are using similar versions. Could you email me on success@act.com and myself or my colleague Dan would like to test your environment on our browsers and or phones.
