Recover login information
Our marketing director is no longer with the company. He did NOT leave the login information or password for our ACT Essentials account which includes the answers for the security questions.
How do we proceed to get access to the account?
We even tried calling ACT customer service to close the account so we could start over and they said they don't have access to Essentials to do anything.

Unfortunately password resets are an automated process in Act! Essentials and if this process is not completed, we are unable to provide access to the account. Your username for Act Essentials is the email address used to sign up for your subscription.
