DOES ACT ESSENTIALS accept Penpower Business Card Scanner data directly or is it export from the scanner and then import into act?

  Hi Ian,

  Thank you for contacting the Act! Essentials Team. Currently Act! Essentials supports the import of the following formats:-

  Connecting to your Gmail account.
  Connecting to your iCloud account.
  Importing a CSV file
  Importing a VCF file.
  
  If your Penpower business card scanner exports to any of these formats then you will be able to import them into the database.
