Editing a template

I have edited the Memo template several times and it is not saving it.  I am clicking the save button but it does not save it?  This is a template that I have edited before.

  Hi Karen,

  Are you referring to the emarketing templates within Act! Essentials. When editing a template, are when clicking on the save button, do you see the green 'Template Saved' appearing?
