What is the maximum number of mail merge letters send by email?

Tried to send 135 and outlook keep closing and opening

  I'm having the same issue.

  ACT v19.x

  Windows 10 Pro

  Office 2013 Pro

   

  Previously with ACT v11 and Office 2010, I could send 500+ without issue
