Field equivalent to Outlook Notes field
I'm using a trial version of Essentials. I need to see if this version can display a field that would be equivalent to the Notes field in Outlook. If I import Notes into a Custom Field, I can get the data there, but it's not a very large area of my screen for viewing. We store about 2000 characters in this field and need easy access for editing it. To edit a custom field, it just shows one line at a time, and this is too difficult to see all of the data.
Is there a suggestion for me on how I could utilize a field that needs to be seen and edited easily, with 2000 or more characters?

Hello Kristen,
Thank you for your post. I would recommend creating an Activity for the contact where notes can be added. The Activities portion of Act! Essentials is not a area of the account data can be imported to, but it would be the best area to see large amounts of information about the contact easily.Thank you,
