Keep getting an error:

There was an issue sending your campaign.

Your email campaign can not be sent at this time.

Please try again later.

 

I have sent a few successfully.  I also triple checked all the e mail addresses, and also pared them down one by one off the contact list to try to eliminate one that may be a problem.  NOTHING IS WORKING to fix it.  I am a new customer, and am trying to be patient but not a good start...Second post, no reply
