Delete a user
Hello,
I just added a user to my Act Essentials account. The account now has 2 users, for a total of $20 per month. I received two billing emails, the second of which referenced 3 users for a total of $30 per month. I did not create a third user.
When I log into my account and navigate to “Manage Users”, only two users are displayed. When I go to “Manage my Plan”, it says that I have 3 users for a total of $30 per month. Please correct this so that we only have 2 users for a total of $20 monthly.
