How can I dial a call from Act! 365?

Please start from a mobile phone.

  1. Open a supported web browser for your mobile device
  2. Log into your Act! 365 account,
  3. From the contacts section search for the contact you wish to call
  4. From the contact ID card click the info tab
  5. Click the number you wish to call the contact on
  6. Your mobile phone should load with the selected number to begin a call
