While interacting with customers you can update a current activity.
Begin in the 'Agenda' section
- Click the 'Completed Activities' check box from the bottom left
- Click the title of the previously completed activity
- Click 'Edit' from the top right of the activity details
- You can now edit the fields provided in the activity
- Click 'Save'
* If you are updating a recurring activity you will be asked to allow the update to just the current occurrence or to all, click 'Save'
- Click 'Close' from the top right of the activity card
