- Click 'Profile' from the bottom left corner
- Click 'My Profile'
- Click 'Apps & Integrations'
- From the iCal Integration section click 'Generate iCal URL' and copy the generated URL
Google Calendar
- Log into your Gmail account, open your Google Calendar
- Click the drop down arrow to the right of 'Other calendars'
- Click 'Add by URL'
- Paste the URL copied from Act! 365 iCal
- Click Add Calendar
- On the left side of the screen under 'Other calendars' there should be a colourful square indicating the activities from your Act! 365 account
* Please note: The Act! 365 iCal URL is only for activities currently in your calendar, if you modify or add events you will need to follow the instructions above to add changes to your Google Calendar.
Outlook 2010/2013
- Open Outlook
- Click the calendar icon from the bottom left
- Right click on 'Other Calendars'
- Hover over 'Add Calendar'
- Click 'From Internet'
- Paste the copied URL in box provided, click 'OK'
- Click 'Yes' for the 'Add this Internet Calendar to Outlook and subscribe to updates'?
- After clicking 'Yes' the added calendar will be viewable in Outlook 2013
*Please note: If you would like to ensure Act! 365 and your Outlook calendar have recently synced, select 'Send and Receive' all folders within Outlook.
Outlook.com
- Open your Outlook account
- On the top left corner click the square icons, click 'Calendars'
- On the top menu click 'Import'
- From the left side of the screen click 'Subscribe'
- Paste the iCal URL
- Enter a calendar name
- Select a calendar colour, this will help you distinguish what events are from Act! 365
- Click 'Subscribe'
Calendar on iPhone
(Be sure to complete the steps 1-4 listed in the section above on your iPhone)
- Select 'Settings' on your iPhone
- Click 'Mail, Contacts, Calendars'
- Select 'Add Account'
- Select 'Other'
- Select 'Add Subscribed Calendar'
- Paste the URL copied from Act! 365 iCal
- Select 'Next'
- Set preferences for this calendar and click 'Save'
Act! 365 events will now appear within your calendar on your iPhone and can be removed within your calendar app under 'Subscribed'.
Calendar for Mac
From Act! 365
- Click the cog icon from the bottom left corner
- Click 'Plans & Billing'
- Click 'Apps & Integrations'
- Scroll down the page to iCal Integration
- Click 'Regenerate iCalendar URL'
- Copy the iCal URL
From Mac Calendar
- Click 'File' from the top menu
- Click 'New Calendar Subscription'
- Paste the iCal URL from Act! 365 into iCalendar subscription
- Click 'Subscribe'
- From the 'Untitled Info' section fill out open fields as desired
- Enter name for the Act! 365 calendar
- Select a colour to distinguish what items are from Act! 365 calendar
- Select where you want the iCalendar to display
- Select auto refresh preferences
*Please note that there are 2 settings where the calendar can display.
The two setting are
'On My Mac'
'iCloud'
If you select 'On My Mac' it will synch with the Mac only if you select 'iCloud' it will synch with the Mac and other devices connected to that iCloud account
