How do I send an email campaign in Act! 365?

Note: Before sending a campaign in Act! 365 you must have a group created

  1. Click 'Contacts'
  2. Click on the group title you want to send the campaign to
  3. Click the 'Send Campaign' button
  4. From the template drop down menu, click the template you want to send
  5. Enter a subject for your campaign
  6. Choose when you want your campaign sent from the 'Send On' area
  7. After reading the Anti-Spam policy click the check box if you agree
  8. Click 'Next'
  9. Fill in all necessary contact fields that relate to your contact information
  10. Click 'Send Campaign' when complete
  11. Click 'OK'
