How do I cancel Act! 365?

Note: Only paid accounts can be closed. There are no contracts. For more information reference the Swiftpage Billing Policy

  1. Click ’Profile’ from the bottom left corner
  2. Click ’Plans & Billing’
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the Plans & Billing page
  4. Click ’Close Account’
  5. The following message will appear:
        ’Closing your account will stop all recurring charges on your credit card’
  6. If you agree to the message click ’Close Account’
