How do I reset my password?

  1. From the Act! 365 Login page, click ’Forgot Password’?
  2. Type the email address associated to the Act! 365 account in the ’Enter Email Address’ box
  3. Click ’Next’
  4. Answer your security question
  5. Click ’Next’
  6. Check your email inbox for the email address associated to your Act! 365 account
  7. Open the email from
  8. Click the ’forgot password’ hyperlink in the email
  9. Enter a new password in fields provided and click ’Submit’
    Note: One field will look like a password is already present. It is not and is only there for example purposes.
  10. Click ’Back’ under the reset password message
  11. Log in with the new password
