Exporting all 15 custom fields

I can see 15 custom fields in Info tab as well in Opportunities tab, but only 5 are exported in the first, and none from the latter. Why is that, and how can i export data from all 30 fields?

  Hi Ted,

  I've tested exporting from my Act! 365 Pro account and seem to have the same issue where only the first 5 custom fields are exported. I'll raise this to our product team as a defect but unfortunately can't provide a time frame on when this will be resolved.

  It is not possible however to export data from the opportunities section.
