Cancel this service immediately.  You have run me in circles for two days and I'm sick of it.  Your Billing page is conveniently unavailable, your support monkeys are useless, and I'm still being billed for a service I'm not using.

  Can you confirm which email address that you signed up to 365 with? Once I have this, I can process your request for cancellation.
