More Problems Trying to Purchase ACT 365
I am also trying to purchase a monthly ACT 365 subscription for myself and my 4 employees. However after I have entered all my credit card details in and clicked process, it returns with error messages saying the payment card detail fields cannot be blank.
I have tried several times with the different credit cards and the same problems happen. ACT has locked me out of my trail account as it has expired however they have billed my credit cards 13 different times in the last 24 hrs and I still do not have access to anything
I have tried calling every available number on ACT sales and support side and they all come up with the same answer that there is no help or support for this application just the community web page resource. Beyond frustrating.
I've straightened out the credit card mess with my bank. All I want to do is purchase this product. Any suggestions?

All support for 365 is provided digitally, either via the forum or you can email success@act.com.
I've checked our billing system and it seems like your payment has failed for the following reason: 'Your billing address does not match the address on your account. Please fix your address or contact your bank'.
I'd recommend confirming your address details before trying again.
If you're consistently receiving errors relating to fields being blank, it may also be worth testing in a different browser or clearing your cookies/cache in your current browser.
