How to Filter Contacts
Hi
Im new to Act Essentials and I wondered if there was a way to filter contacts by more than 1 Field or Heading. For example I'd like to be able to bring up all the contacts we have who are both travel clients and attended one of our seminars (I've created both of these as Custom Fields). So far I can only see the option to filter by 1 of these. Thanks Vicky

Good Morning Vicky,
At this time, you can only perform a lookup on one field at a time.
We have already been submitted as a feature request to our developers to be able to perform either a more complex lookup (on multiple fields) or perhaps to perform a lookup and then gain results and then perform a lookup on an existing lookup of contacts.
As I say at this time, you may only perform one lookup at a time.

Hi Vicky,
Act! Pro, Act! Premium, Act! Premium for Web and Act! Premium Cloud (Where we are the host) all support advanced look-ups.
e.g. Show me all contacts with a City containing London, where this field is equal to X and have a birthday in December etc etc.
The Act! Essentials platform only has the ability to perform one lookup at a time.
