Logging in the same account at the same time.
Good afternoon, I had problems logging in with my laptop during a meeting. username and password were correct, Just wouldn't let me sign on. Could it be because my desktop was logged in while i tried to log in with my laptop?

Hello Jash,
Being logged into one device should not prevent you from logging in on a second or third device.
Can you tell me what web browser you were having difficulty with?
Were you able to log in on a separate browser?Thank you,

Yes that could be a possibility as Act! Essentials works with the latest versions of all IE, Mozilla, Chrome and Safari.
Can you try logging into those browsers via the second device? If you are still not able to login can you send me any error messages you may get?
