Setting up Act! Essentials to sync with iCloud calendar.

Following the instructions, I copy the URL to a new subscribed iCloud calendar but receive an error notification. Any guidance would be appreciated...Thanks

  Can you please provide the error message you are receiving? Can you also explain where in the process you get the error message?

  I received the following error after pasting the URL: There was an error subscribing to the calendar. There was an unexpected network error with the request (error 53)

  Hi Robert,

  We have tested and reprocessed the steps on how to add the Essentials calendar to iCloud and we do not receive an error message. Can you please retry the steps? Can you confirm if when you added your calendar to the iPhone and iPad if you selected to share to your iCloud Calendar, if so that should have share the calendar to all apple products you sync that calendar to.

  Good morning Brittany,

  By resetting iCloud I was able to add Act! Essentials to my calendar. I think this is a really great program and I am looking forward to subscribing. Its simplicity makes it very intuitive and it is relatively easy to learn...I would encourage the ACT! folks to keep it simple.
