Contact Upload Failure

I used iCloud as my upload source. My acct in iCloud has 6,057 contacts, Act Essentials only uploaded 4,412. Whats the deal with that? Im on the 30 day trial version. Thanks!

  Hi Jay,

  Can you confirm whether or not all the fields matched for the contacts that were not imported? Were there fields missing or different compared to the contacts that were successfully imported?
