error sending campaign

hi there, I have had the error sending campaign message for the past couple of weeks and I tried what had been suggested with checking all the email addresses and removing ones that were maybe dodgy. Its weird though as it had sent previously so I am sure all the emails are correct as I deleted the ones that had bounced back previously. Is there anything else that can be done as I have a few email campaigns that I would like to send out. Thank, Scott

  I haven't received an email from you and also I have just updated my payment details however I don't think its fair that I should be paying for a service that I can't use at the moment???
