    Hello Iain,

    Thank you for your post, when we were troubleshooting the issue we found it was caused 1 of 2 things.
    1. there is a contact within your emarketing group without an email address, this contact is preventing the campaigns from sending
    2. If a contact with special characters in the email address were imported the special character is converted to a ? or a diamond, these are preventing the campaign from sending.

    Please review your contacts, if neither of these scenarios match your experience please let us know.
