Hi, I want to edit templates for email campaigns but the Template Manager is blank. Here's the screenshot

Same on Firefox, Safari didn't even make it to mycloud.act.com top page.

Mac OS 10.10.3
Google chrome Ver 45.0.2454.93
Firefox 40.0.3
Safari 8.0.6

Could you help me out?

  Hi Mayuko,

  Can you try clearing the cache of the web browser and try to access the templates again?

  Please let us know if this solves the missing template issue.
