Hello :

I need to migrate one ACT 2014 , to the cloud , i have notes, and files in Act Standard Version.

this is possible,

  Thanks for your question.
  Currently notes and files can not be migrated to Act! Cloud. If the notes and files are a must I would recommend taking a look at our Act! Premium Cloud, www.act.com/products/act-premium It is similar to your Act! 2014 but you have the option to host it yourself or we can do that for you.

  There are currently no demos available for Act! Cloud, you can however sign up for a 30 day free trial to test the account.

  i need to migrate my old files act to the cloud. is possible. i have account 30 days trial but this not support files and notes.

  Hi Luis,

  The file type accepted to Act! Cloud is CSV when importing your contacts. If desired you can test drive Act! Premium Cloud by visiting http://www.act.com/trial/

  If you want to test the full version of Act! Premium you can download the program to your computer and if you decide you want Act! to host it for you we can with the original database you created.

  Hi Luis,

  Act! has two Cloud products:
  Act! Cloud which can import contacts, keep track of your agenda and send email marketing campaigns.

  Act! Premium Cloud which can import contacts, existing Act! databases or starting from scratch. Act! Premium Cloud is similar to your previous Act! 2014 version.
  You can test drive Act! Premium Cloud, you can see what the software is like but unable to import data Or you can download Act! Premium to your computer try the software for 30 days. If you decide you want to continue using the program we can take the database from your desktop and import it into an Act! Premium Cloud account.

  Are you trying to create a 30 day free trial of Act! Premium Cloud?

  yes but demo trial premium not are real, are demo screen not are possible to import my old act databases.

  That is correct. If you download Act! Premium to your desktop and use the 30 day free trial you can then import that database into a Act! Premium Cloud account. To see what the differences are between Act! Premium and Act! Premium Cloud please visit the knowledgebase article listed below.

  Hi Luis,

  Currently there are only 2 options for Act! Premium Cloud, you can view it in the web but can not import your own documents or you can download the program to your computer and test it for 30 days. At any time you can upgrade to the service and take the downloaded database and have it imported into the Act! Premium Cloud product.
