How do I "export" a list of the contacts I called today (or any other date)? Then, is it possible to also show only "not closed" updates on this export?

  Hi Eric,

  I would recommend creating a group of contacts that you reached out to, after the group is made you can export the individual group. Unless you have a custom field titled "not closed" it will not display on the export.

  Act! Essentials accounts that have upgraded to paid have the option to add on our Opportunity Beta. The Opportunity beta will allow you to keep track of each call or prospect and move them through a pipeline.
