Setting up call activities
Just starting trial. I scheduled phone calls and now am trying to make them. Unfortunately there is no phone number and I have to back out to the contact information to complete this activity. Even when I schedule the phone call I am instructed to put in the phone number which I can't see unless I go back to the client info, write it down and then try to schedule. Why can't it auto-fill all phone numbers? Am I missing something here?

To view the contact phone number when following up with a call please follow the steps below:
1. Click Agenda
2. View Activity under the date the call is on
3. Click the call activity title
4. The activity will load showing the contacts name, number, details regarding activity and any notes that you may have previously takenKind Regards,

Hi Michael,
Can you try clearing the cookies and browser history? It sounds as though the bug fix at the end of January did not accept for your account yet. Please let me know if you still do not see the feature after clearing the browser history.
