Saving new contact
I am trying to save a new contact and hitting save, but it does nothing. When I hit cancel the info is lost. I also tried refreshing the screen.

Can you please tell me the web browser you are trying to save the contact data to? Have you tried to delete the cookies from the browser history and log back into Act! Cloud?

Hi Roger,
I have had the development team test the different browsers (Chrome, Firefox, IE and Safari) and they were able to create and save contact data.
Can you tell me the browser version of Firefox you are using? I would like to ensure it is supported.
