I cannot login to my account
When I login it sometimes says my account isnt active or it goes directly to my profile page (https://mycloud.act.com/#/account/profile) and at the top of it it says trial expired buy now. I already put in my billing info and I still cannot access my account. This all happened when I tried to send out an email yesterday.

Can you please try clearing out the browser history for Act! Cloud? I have looked up your account information and it shows it is a paid active account.Kind Regards,
