Only showing 3 contacts after CSV import of 105
I am trying to upload a client list of 105 clients. The import says it completes successfully and 105 out of 105 were imported. Once the import dialog closes, there are only 3 clients in my Act database. Most of the clients only have company names, but I've tried it with and without fake names added for those fields.

Yes they matched and synced automatically. I created the CSV headers to match the ACT db.
I just talked to my partner who setup the account, and we are still on a free trial period to evaluate its usefulness. Could that be the reason for the limit?
I am also unable to sort by Company name only. I can't imagine that isn't a feature of a client management system, so if you could let me know how to do that as well I'd appreciate it.

None of the clients have email addresses yet. Most of websites, and only a couple have first/last names. Most are just company names, addresses, and phone numbers.
Do you know how fast this will be fixed? That is a deal breaker for us and will render the system useless. I'd like to advice my partner of this before he decides to move forward and pay for the service.

I have retried the upload with first and last names in the respective fields, as well as with email addresses for all 105 of the contacts. After uploading, it still only displays 4 contacts despite the import message saying it completed successfully for 105 out of 105 contacts. I can email my client list to a representative if it would help resolve this. We have paid for the service as of today and really need this solved as soon as possible.
