Error message
Why do I get an error message almost every time I am working in act essentials and I get kicked out for 5 -10 minutes?

When you are working in your Act! Essentials database. Does it happen when you are on a particular contact or company?
Is there an error message when you are logged out? You've mentioned that you get kicked out for 5-10 minutes. What happens when you try to login again? Is there a new error message?If you could get back to me with some further information for the investigation.
