Why is the availability so bad today? When will this be resolved?

Thank you for opening a ticket with Act! Essentials.
We had an issue with our hosting partner today. It looks like the developers pushed an update which did not work. Service has been restored and I have had no further reports of any connectivity issues with Act! Essentials. Can you confirm that you are now able to access the service again?

Hi Yvan,
I have tested in my own account multiple times today and I have not had an issue in getting into my essentials database.
May I ask what is happening at your end? Are you getting the white screen, can you supply a screenshot of the issues you're experiencing please?
