  Hi Greg,

  You can import contacts from a .CSV file in to Act! Essentials by following the steps detailing in this article for 'CSV file':

  https://actcloud1.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/201455269-How-do-I-import-my-contacts-into-a-group-

  If your file is not currently in a .CSV format, you can save it as such by opening the file > Click File > Save As > Select 'CSV (Comma Delimited)' from the 'Save as type' drop down.
